He was married to LYDIA BONNEY (daughter of ICHABOD BONNEY and ELIZABETH HOWLAND) on 30 Jun 1752 in the First Church in East Bridgewater, Plymouth Co., MA.5,6 by the Rev. John Augier. In the church records he is listed as "Eleazar Hamblen", and she as "Lydia Bonne". Their intentions were filed elsewhere than in East Bridgewater. The year of marriage is that stated in the church records. LYDIA BONNEY7,8,9 was born in 1735 in Pembroke (estab. 1712), Plymouth Co., MA. She died on 12 Aug 1769.
